ProdX Keyboard respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how ProdX Keyboard handles data when you use the mobile application (“App”). This policy is a privacy notice, not a replacement for any rights you may have under applicable privacy or consumer-protection laws.
ProdX Keyboard may process the following data:
Keyboard and typing data:
The App may process text locally on your device to provide keyboard features such as typing, swipe input, suggestions, spell checking, grammar checking, word learning, and local AI tools.
Sensitive fields:
The App is designed to suppress prediction, learning, AI handling, and outbound transfer from protected contexts such as passwords, OTPs, payment fields, banking fields, and other sensitive fields detected by Android input type, app context, labels, or content signals. Android field hints can vary, so protection is a design and implementation safeguard rather than an absolute guarantee.
Voice input:
If you use dictation or punctuation training, the App may access your microphone and process audio on the device.
Media AI:
If you choose to attach an image, audio, or video file for AI analysis, the selected file may be copied into app storage for processing. Media AI, especially audio and video analysis, is experimental.
Storage / files:
The App may access files you select for backup, restore, import, export, model import, or media attachment. The App does not access arbitrary files unless you choose them through Android’s file picker.
Advertising and diagnostics:
The App uses advertising services for non-premium users. Premium disables ads. Advertising SDKs may collect or share data such as advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and service measurement.
Crash and analytics data:
If enabled in the shipped build, Firebase services may receive crash logs, diagnostics, app-instance identifiers, app lifecycle events, and purchase or subscription-related events.
Purchases:
If you purchase an ad-removal subscription, Google Play Billing processes purchase and subscription information.
Downloads:
The App may contact Google Play, ML Kit, or model-hosting services to download optional dictionaries, translation models, OCR resources, or local AI model files.
ProdX Keyboard is designed so protected typing data does not leave your device through app-controlled outbound paths on normal, uncompromised Android devices.
Some optional non-download outbound network actions may require a device authentication (biometric or device credential) immediately before the transfer is allowed. The unlock approval is short-lived and is not stored as a permanent “always allowed” state.
Local keyboard learning, suggestions, grammar checks, OCR, translation, voice processing, and AI processing are intended to run on-device unless a feature clearly states otherwise or requires an optional network service selected by the user.
Where required by law, including in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
These services may process data according to their own privacy policies and terms. Third-party services may process data outside your country or region.
We do not sell protected keyboard typing data.
Some service data may be transmitted to third-party services when required for ads, billing, downloads, diagnostics, app integrity, or optional network features. Protected keyboard typing data is designed to be blocked from app-controlled outbound transfer.
Advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information may be collected or shared by advertising and analytics providers. Depending on your location, this may be considered “sharing” or “sale” for advertising purposes under some privacy laws, even when ProdX Keyboard does not sell data for money.
Keyboard preferences, learned words, local dictionaries, backups, imported models, downloaded resources, caches, and temporary media files may be stored locally on your device until you delete them, clear app data, reset the related feature, or uninstall the App.
Temporary processing files are intended to be removed when no longer needed. Clipboard content and temporary AI work files may be cleared automatically after first use (such as after pasting or sharing), and may be hard-deleted after a time limit even if you postpone cleanup prompts. Android system behavior, app crashes, backups, or user-created exports may affect what remains.
ProdX Keyboard does not maintain its own user account database or developer-controlled cloud database for keyboard content.
Third-party services retain data according to their own policies.
ProdX Keyboard does not create user accounts and does not maintain a developer-controlled server database of users.
You can remove locally stored app data by using:
ProdX Keyboard Settings > Privacy, permissions & security > Delete local keyboard data
You can also clear the App’s data from Android system settings or uninstall the App. This may remove local preferences, learned words, local dictionaries, caches, temporary media files, downloaded resources, and other app-local data, subject to Android system behavior and any backups or exports you created yourself.
If you contact us for support, you may request deletion of support-related information that you provided directly to us by emailing: lprempay@gmail.com
Please include “ProdX Keyboard data deletion request” in the subject.
Data handled by third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads, Google Play Billing, Firebase, Google Play services, ML Kit, Play Asset Delivery, or model-hosting services is governed by those providers’ privacy policies, retention rules, and user controls. ProdX Keyboard cannot independently delete records controlled by those third-party services.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
To make a privacy request, contact: lprempay@gmail.com
Because ProdX Keyboard does not maintain user accounts, we may need limited information to verify and respond to your request. Some data may exist only locally on your device and can only be deleted by you through the App or Android system settings.
ProdX Keyboard is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us so we can review the concern.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect user data, including local processing, sensitive-field detection, and outbound security gates. No app can guarantee protection against rooted devices, compromised operating systems, malicious apps, third-party keyboards, screen capture, accessibility abuse, or system-level interception.
Third-party services used by the App may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, such transfers are handled according to the safeguards and terms used by those providers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the Effective Date at the top of this document. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
